With many users struggling to get devmenu working through layeredFS to install titles, it is safe to say that it has been a subpar solution. @Adubbz has come to the rescue by releasing the source of a title manager named Tinfoil. The app is currently in a early, but usable state. It can currently install .nsp files, as well as extracted ones. Signature patches are however needed to run the games, thus SX OS or ReiNX is currently required.
